3AW - Producer

AO Radio – Producer & Broadcaster
I have ongoing work as a producer and broadcaster with the official radio partner of the Australian Open Grand Slam, broadcast internationally and domestically on stations like ESPN, SEN as well as the AO website and app.

I hosted a 15 minute preview show everyday live before the first match as well as conducting over interviews to create feature pieces for broadcast. Interviews included US Open champions like Bianca Andreescu and Jelena Ostapenko.

An interview I did with American Commentator Mike Caiton which featured in the ATP Tennis Radio Podcast.

After completing an internship at Melbourne's top rated radio station, I was offered ongoing casual work as a producer.

My work as a producer involves pitching stories, chasing interviews, managing callers and assisting the presenter.

During the internship I split my time between the newsroom, writing stories, recording interviews and attending press conferences) as well as producing for various programs like Afternoons and Drive.

Reporter - ABC Pacific
I reported and produced a 4 minute audio story on the gender pay gap in rugby throughout Fiji. I also did additional reporting for a story on youth engagement ahead of the 2022 election and vox pops for International Women's Day which broadcast on ABC Pacific.

Producer – JaeMan Media
I worked for several months as a producer for JaeMan Media, an NDIS registered organisation providing support to people living with disabilities and mental illness.
My role is as producer for JaeMan's podcast's JaePod and Coach and The Doctor – which tell the stories of people living with disabilities and mental illness in an attempt to reduce the stigma around it.

I brainstormed and researched segments for the show as well as organising and scheduling interviews with guests including politicians, Paralympians, psychiatrists and diversity experts.
